Infinity is a great box,Which support about all china phones

My question is that
How Method for Find Flash File in Infinity Support Site
In power off phone?
In power on phone we find it easily

hello!

if phone is dead by software reason- you still can use option "read detailed information".
if phone is dead by hardware reason- then you must fix this first, and then again "read detailed information".
