LPE activation question...for infinity

GOOD DAY to infinity!


im using infinity box for a year and a month now, a few months ago language pack editor was released, and my activation level that time is 0001 and it needs 0005 to activate right? so i told my boss to buy me a new infinity box w/ pinfinder that works with lpe(language pack editor). so he gave me a new one with pinfinder with activation level 0011. but i wasn't able to check the lpe before because i was amazed with pinfinder and too busy to work with chinese phones and too many customers to take care with... but for now just downloaded the latest version of lpe but it told me "Dongle is not activated for current software module" "current activation level 0011""required dongle activation 0005", then my boss told me he payed an extra $100+ for the activation......my question is what would be the problem?


note: dont tell me this ........coz i read and understand all of it.. just wondering why did my boss paid an extra while its not working,fyi my boss bought it from dubai "simsim mobile service"

Please, explain me more detailed what was wrong with explanation that you have got via mail ? If you can make detailed explanation we will be glad to prepare more detailed explanation to avoid this kind of question in future.

Anyway, here is some information: Language Pack Editor is software that wos made by other programmers and this software is NOT included in base Infinity-Box package.

If you want to edit languages you need to get additional license (not free, should be purchased separately).
If you have bought activation already you must contact to your reseller and ask him to give you special license.

Do not hesitate to ask more questions.

We are waiting for your detailed explanation what was no so clear in our first instruction, this may helps us to prepare more clear explanation.

to make it simple why my lpe doesnt work with my infinity while my activation is 0011 and it only needs 0005? nad even my boss paid extra for an activation to work with these software ...or what do i need to activate it ? do i have to pay another?

last question ...could i be one of your tester? coz i dont want to pay more...here are my details..
im 29 years of age
working as a cp tech in chinese mobile
but got all the knowledge on how to repair almost all kind of cellphone or mobile phone
im a graduate of computer programming

........before i didn't ask to be a tester the reason is i dont have time to test but for now i have an assistant to help me with my customer...

Anyway, Infinity-Box supporters is The Most Patient supporters in the World, so I can repeat again:

If you want to edit languages you need to get additional license (not free, should be purchased separately).
If you have bought activation already you must contact to your reseller and ask him to give you special license.

Testers: we have enough testers already.

or lets just say the best answer you've got...fyi: i didn't ignore that..but your friend or our partner didn't get my point..but thanks anyways ...i did try to make it simple ...again .. my infinity activation level is 0011 then the lpe needs only 0005..why my infinity doesn't work while my boss paid for an extra...but anyways ill just try to contact my reseller as i know that will be your answer...thanks!

note: try to explain further as your users ask question...try not to put them down as stupid as you are! as i speak whats inside of me! no hard feelings! oh by the way your partner just told me to explain further more for him to understand my point!
