Hello,
What was initial phone condition and problem with the phone? Format doesn't makes phone complete dead.
By log seems phone was infected, You can write backup to phone if there is any problem.
And always use latest version for best results.

It has been always told thousand times to backup firmware before using SmartAV or Scan App. Now search for same firmware and write to your faulty phone.

P.S.- In future use correct thread title as you have given wrong thread title- eimi leloo dead after format

Format doesn't makes phone complete dead. By log seems phone was infected, You can write backup to phone if there is any problem. And always use latest version for best results. Br.
