delete file named : FSCard.ini

or just replace it with this

FSCard.zip

just uninstall cm2mt2, download latest version from support, install it.

All users facing CM2MT2 not opening problem. Just Follow these simple steps to resolve your issue for always.
1. Un-install cm2mt2 from Control Panel >Programs
2. Install it in the C:\Program Files\CM2MT2
3. Open properties of cm2mt2.exe
4. Just check Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows XP (Service pack 3) and Run this program as an administrator
