Hello,
Got Voice V40 phone on 22-01-2015 for problem "Encryption Unsuccessful"

Unfortunately , i had no Infinity CM2

i posted on forum .Check it
no one replied/posted 100% solution

tried with other box ,but problem not solved

owner tried in other city , but

(also said, he sent phone in customer care but warranty was void)

He went Abrod , and left phone in home.

Now he came and request/ask for repair phone(20-10-2015)

i tried format with CM2 but nothing

so i download firmware and flash phone with CM2

phone is working now without any problem
