thanks sir for your info but i still need step by step how to make flashing or unlock like is the batt remove from handset for flash or installed, how to select com, etc

thank you sir... i litle bit understand now. Now i have a problem... i try to make repair user lock for k-touch a-615 with charger cable itself but my infinity can't detect this phone. i try to change the port setting but still can't detect. whats wrong with this setting or the original charger usb?

ok....sir i hope you are not borring to me cause i just new in this infinity. could you give me advise where is tx, rx and ground for this phone? i think for better use for rj-45 infi.

hello!

ok, here is pinout for your phone, if it 18pin connector based:
18 pin standart
8,11 GND
13 Tx
14 Rx
17,18 Vbat

please take multimeter and check if GND pins in your phone are in a same place (pin8, pin11)
and post here
