download flash file from support and full flash ur phone

we have this flash file on support.
also, alternatively, you can open operation.log file and check EEPROM backup file name.
If you did not refuse automatic EEPROM backup then you can load it as EEPROM and write back to phone. After this is done- phone will be restored to original state after that you can make format FFS in safe mode

and i dont have eprom bucup :(

you can read flash from working phone and write to dead phone and post result
