I Have Redmi Note 2 , but Removing Account is Disabled on Software

Software button is grayed out

Any Idea ?

Do Fix BB.
Restore NVRAM.
Power device on.

Done as you say, hang on mi logo

Flashed with file from support, phone ON but account still present
I cant enter menu but i think imei is damaged even i restore NVRAM
Because it will not recognize SIM Card

Why is Removing MI Account disabled ?

Need restore NV and make wipe. Nothing more for recover initial state.

FixBB remove account sensetive data, but according your info it back after. So enabling that button is useless.

i had some device has the same issue
i have done BB clear
then i wrote new IMEI

and that's it
