I Did These Steps

Flash With Factory Firmware (Same)
Flash With Bin File (Same)

Repair Basband + Repair IMEI + Write NV RAM (Still Same)

Possible Get Any Help To Fix This Phone ?

Flash FW.
Start phone. Play with it little.
Repair security.
Check after.

NOT WRITE NVRAM and NOT fix BB.
