If read out code not work then wait for next update it is planned for reset user code rather then manually entering user code till then please have patience or try flash with flash file from support and unlock with our tool .

If your phone can power on completely till show the wallpaper(standby mode), can reset user code in onether way. enter this code on handset
*1973460#
it shows a menu and select reset from it.
beware: it will erase your saved things.
