1 strange thing is that after erasing full chip its not saying that preloader is erased.... ??

I will activate eMMC test in case of erased eMMC in v1.58 to check eMMC state on such cases. Seems as your eMMC in that phone is come to ReadOnly.

it will be more better if you add functions like check emmc before write so less chances of damage and any emmc have issue first we can ask customer for dead risk..

Unfortunately - there is NO any safe way to check can it die or not without try write and verify result.
Existing test in CM2 almost safest, as it possible at all.
