Hello,
Mostly this phone have eMMC fault.
Erase Flash first and then flash again. If still there is error whilke flashing time to change eMMC.

Hello,
Follow software advice and try erase option first and reflash it.
If still you get error.

Then Make HW test at Extra -> Repair with Test [Flash IC] checked.
