Thumbs down mm module problem


i paid money to my reseller garu technologies ltd to activate my infinity box which he said he did . but my mm module cant still open. it says current dongle firmware is 0118 upgrade to 0120 .wen i upgrade it it says error no more upgrade logs. my dongle s/n is 5E0......

same problem.....i have paid the money to reseller.....but can't upgrade my box...where is Infinity Team????????????????????????

my reseller said he has activated it dat i shd lay complain to infinity team which i did pls help infinity team

I think the Infinity Team is just busy in selling credits........

as far as i kno infinity team has never solve my problem in d past dat was why i dump dem 4 over 2 yrs. dis time if dey stil dont ill stop sing ther box for life,afteral i av almost all d boxes great volcanoe gpg ,

We can solve any problem, but we must know your box S/N.

For your kind information i have already mail at dongle [at] infinity-box.com with Box serial number....if you have time then please open your Inbox...before this post....now if your customer service is so lazy and stupid then you must expect such type of stupid posts.

You have got a reply from our supporter at Saturday night.

What you must do:
1. think well about your words, hope you will understand that you should be honest and smart next time
2. contact to your reseller and ask him about your activation status
