i am very sad because I write to the infinity team one doubt and they never answear me, see my thread here: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=857902

and I never get answer.
really I expend my money and I never can use my infinity and I dont know how to do it. please I need all the help as possible.

I am little bit angry too, because you are never tried to make "search" before make your post.
But I am not lazy, so here is an instruction for you (and it will be duplicated in your previous message to avoid your future posts about ignorance, lost money etc.

Here is an instruction how to get cable/pinout information:

1. be sure that you have downloaded and installed latest Infinity-Box Pinouts update
2. run Infinity-Box Shell
3. select required model
4. see detailed information about cable/pinout (Rx/Tx/Gnd pins and other information)

Here is an example of information given by Infinity-Box Shell:
