Moto G4, can't enable ADB

Waiting for device in ADB mode ...

1. Connect device, enable 'DEVELOPER MODE' and 'USB DEBUG', if need!
2. Insert USB cable, accept AUTH on PhoneScreen, if software ask!

Device not found! Check cable, drivers and conection!

Operation : Moto ADB Enable [ v1.03 ]
Mode : Enable ADB
Waiting for NetInterface arrival ...

1. Power off device. Press and hold 'VOL DOWN' and 'POWER ON' buttons
2. Select by 'VOL DOWN' or 'VOL UP' FACTORY MODE , press 'POWER ON'
3. Connect USB cable, when device boot complete!

Device not found! Check cable, drivers and conection!.

Reseted in Factory Mode, previously activated...
The strange is in Factory Mode, Windows don't recognize the devide says Moto (G4) in unknow devices. With Factory Mode deactivaded Windows recognize it perfectly.

Is up to newer security patch?

Thanks in advance.

Hello.
Make factory rest again. Start device.
Reboot it to bootloader.
Make "Enable Factory" from AST.
Make "Enable ADB"
Make "Reset FRP"
Make "Disable Factory" from AST.
If some errors/problems appear - post device vid-pid info with exclamination mark.
