Operation : Enable ADB (Moto) [ v1.0 ]

Waiting for NetInterface arrival ...
1. Power off device. Press and hold 'VOL DOWN' and 'POWER ON' buttons
2. Select by 'VOL DOWN' or 'VOL UP' FACTORY MODE , press 'POWER ON'
3. Connect USB cable, when device boot complete!

Connect Ok!

Waiting ...
Trying link with : 192.168.137.2
Connected to device!

Device : XT1643
VerInfo : ATHENE_INDIA_DSDS_CUST
Version : Blur_Version.25.201.4.athene.retail.en.US

Enabling ADB ...

1. Disconnect cable from device, press and hold 'VOLUME_DOWN' and 'POWER_ON'
2. Select 'FACTORY MODE' and press 'POWER ON'!
3. Wait for device boot completely!

Operation : Reset FRP (ADB) [ v1.0 ]

1. Connect device, enable 'DEVELOPER MODE' and 'USB DEBUG', if need!
2. Insert USB cable, accept AUTH on PhoneScreen, if software ask!

I solved it using this command:
adb shell content insert --uri content://settings/secure --bind name:s:user_setup_complete --bind value:s:1

AST do exactly same, but seems as it reboot phone faster, than need
