Moto W370 can't unlock with Infinity Box - GSM-Forum

Hi, I was trying t0 unlock Moto W370 from Tracfone, but after I make the comman its saying moto phone is not locked, do you want to continue, when I press yes its showing me all done, but after I insert sim still saying sim not valid, asking for sub...password. I even format, but same thing. Please help.

Hello,

If your W370 is customized for TracFone network you need to flash phone with ordinary W375 firmware (firmware + lp + flex) and then make unlock operation (if need).
