Moto W377 can't unlock with infinity - GSM-Forum

Hi, I was trying to unlock Moto W377 by using infinity, but can't connect by T191 cable or even C261 cable. This phone got 2 port, other one is like V3, can any one help me is there other way to do the job.

try with both cable
infinity have both cable, t191 jeck and v3 jeck
if not then try with smart clip

Hi, Thanks for your reply. Smart clip don't have any support for this set. Can support help us?

smart clip has that model on compal models, make sure you have latet version

Hello,

Use Infinity-Box and "X60" RJ45 cable that comes with Infinity-Box package.

Hello,

It looks like communication problem exist, you need to double check your cable and check phone connector.
correct phone answer should be like rom version: 0502 but not like rom version: 693C

I have flashed the same phone using infinity no problem with X60 infinity RJ45cable, but I and many many others can not unlock it with the infinity box and get same errors! So it must be something in the programme not right. No point in keep blaming the cable!

Of course I am being slightly facetious and comical.

I have no idea what method 3 is or even method 2 or 1! Will try unlocking it on a laptop later, perhaps it is my overworked pc. But then again many people have problems unlockking this phone it seems!
