Hello,

Actually, this kind of problem was discussed many times and it's possible to find answers in this forum, anyway:

1. Try to adjust COM port settings:
C:\InfinityBox\Documentation\FAQ\box_settings_COM_ port.jpg

2. If you have cable - try to use another cable, it may be this helps due to unlock communication goes at high speed and sometemes other cable gives good results.

Hello,

Have you tried only after COM port settings adjustment or with another cable too ?
Please, try with another cable.

Hello,

If you have another cable, please, try with another cable.
Unlock process running at high baudrate and some cables may gives problems for this operation.

Hello,

You can try to press and HOLD phone "Power" button for a more long time during unlock.
To be honest I do not have another good advice.

Hello,

it may be a result of:
1. bad PC/Phone communication (bad cable)
2. it may be that phone has damaged (semi-damaged) flash chip and data can not be read from phone memory well.

If phone has a semi-damaged flash chip - it may be a reason for unlock fail.

If you ready yo fight with this phone you should open it, check it hardware, check water inside etc., but be careful due to this phone can stop to power-on at any time.
