motorola c139 unlock

hi,

I am a newbie. I just bought c139 and want to unlock motorola c139.

I have read all of the thread in the forum, but there is no clear, step-by-step instruction for the unlocking procedure - from setup to finish.

I have downloaded the neccessary files from the supported area, but I do not know how to use the module program.

The infinity box is connected via USB port, but the program asks for com port.

Since the product did not come with any, I would appreciate a detailed step-by-step instruction.

I have searched this site and read all the thread extensively and did not come up with a solution.

This product should be user-friendly, and easy to use, but I am having a lot of difficulties.

Yes, you are right ! Product should be user-friendly and we have made this kind of product.

In fact I think that you should get some additional knowledges because if you don't know what is "COM port" it's not so easy for you to use even The Most User Friendly Product for mobile phones service.
Anyway, we have really good description of basic procedures that you have to make to use Infinity-Box w/o any problem even if you see PC first time. You must know only words "click" and "keyboard" to start work.

After you read all by above given link please and if (want to repeat, if) you will have any questions (I say if because chance is very small) you are always welcome to ask more questions.
One request to you: please, don't ask me to explain you "what is COM port".
We will refuse this kind of questions because here is product support discussion but not basic PC school.

How to write flash (upgrade/downgrade firmware, change language):

1. connect cable from box to device
2. run "Infinity-Box Shell" software
3. select required model
4. run required software module
5. select required model (if need)
6. go to software "Settings" page and select COM port
7. go to software "Flash" page and load required files
8. press "Write" button and follow instruction given by software


How to read flash:

1. connect cable from box to device
2. run "Infinity-Box Shell" software
3. select required model

7. go to software "Service" page
8. press "Read flash" (or "Read full flash") button and follow instruction given by software


How to unlock (remove sp-lock, provider lock etc.):

1. connect cable from box to device
2. run "Infinity-Box Shell" software
3. select required model
4. run required software module
5. select required model (if need)
6. go to software "Settings" page and select COM port
7. go to software "Service" page
8. press "SP-Unlock" button and follow instruction given by software


How to reset/format ffs (reset setting to default values, repair freez/restart etc.):
- at first try to make "safe format" (if this option exist)
- if "safe" option is not works try to make "complete" format (if this option exist)

1. connect cable from box to device
2. run "Infinity-Box Shell" software
3. select required model
4. run required software module
5. select required model (if need)
6. go to software "Settings" page and select COM port
7. go to software "Service" page
8. select format mode "safe" or "complete" (if mode is available)
9. press "Reset" or "Format" button and follow instruction given by software
