Motorola C168 Unauthorized Phone, How to Repair? - GSM-Forum

I have a motorola c168 that shows "unauthorized phone" after insert sim and turn on...i reflashed phone with new firmware but still has the same problem..anyone knows how to repair this problem, please help, thanks

Hi,

What is the history of this phone ?

Try this:
1. download latest Moto02 software from support area
2. go to "service" tab
3. make "repair" box checked
4. press "Prepare" button

send auto-created Log/backup files after this procedure to: [email protected]

I had attached my log and backup to the mail.....
Is it the mail ID like this [email protected] or [email protected].....
Any way i send already in this adress [email protected]...
Pls help me as soon as possible....

Use latest Moto02 software
go to "Service" tab
make "Repair" box checked
press "Prepare" button

Can't promise that this will helps for sure but lets try.

Remove/Install battery now !

Now the phone restarts and no network. What to do ???

this problem look like hardware problem , i face 1 set b4 the set come is water dymage afer repair show unauthorized phone

advice #1: please, never ask the same question twice due to completely lost time for support person.
advice #2: try to amke 112 call, check phone hardware.

i found solution to repair Unauthorized using Infinity...after prepare it, phone has no service..just write eerom only from the backup eerom file from the same phone...phone is repaired and has signal

have you flashed all parts at once and they where correspondent to each other?
