Hello,

It looks like a communication problem (f.e. not so good cable).
Do you have any other T191 cable to try ?

Thank for your reply. I have only one V191 cable. It seems to be cause I am able to flash the a C139 with the same cable, with no problem. Any ideas what can I do have the back up done???

About the other question... Am I able to load the backup to a different phone (same make, model and version) to make a copy of it?? I need a few phones (C168i) with the same wap settings.

Thanks again!!!!!! I am waiting for your response.

Thanks guys, I did every combination of ports, speed and protocols possible. I just tried to flash the phone instead just backup and I got the same warning on every single process I do. I must be doing something wrong.

I will try again, any other ideas??

Tks in advance.
