Hello,

If phone can not be connected with software you must double check cable, COM port selection and also check that phone connector is not damaged.

i repair it using SMART CLIP. Thank you. it was eeprom damage. if need explanation i can give.

Here is Infinity-Box support forum but not discussion about other products !

If you want to repair this phone with Infinity-Box just make "sp-unlock".

Thread closed, we have no reason to see here discussion about other products.
