Hello,

1. write back original eeprom, it should be created automatically during first operation
2. try to make unlock again

Dear friend, I spent more than one month trying to fix this problem and the only way I could solve it was using the eeprom repair option with the smart moto software from smart clip.

Do not waste your time, look for someone who own smart clip and get your phone fixed.

PD. Writing the original eeprom does not work. I tried all those steps,

sir is the supply of the unit good? are you just using battery or regulated power supply? cause if your only using battery maybe the supply is nit enough... if the supply is good, then try to repair eeprom using smart clip via infinity interface..

1. Are you sure that you have flashed phone with it's original eeprom backup that was created before unlock ?
2. Make "format ffs" once again.
Post here operation log.

As you can see I did exactly what you instructed me to do, now all I see on phone screen for the passed hour is this message:
'FMGR_Waiting for Total Completion MMI'

What next should I do?

Thank you.

I did lots of c261 of this problem just by formatting no need to flash full or eeprom. this happens because mostly many people use camera to capture photos and this phone has inbulid memory area which goes full with no space or little space so it restarts.

Hi!
I've been encountered that problem few weeks ago after unlocked. and I fix it using infinity box by fullflash with firmwares 0.1.69 then format ffs again after flash, but be sure your battery is full while flashing or use power supply adapter.
