i need motorola unlocking instructions please!

i can't find anything in the support area.

1. power off phone
2. run software
3. select COM port
4. press software "unlock" button (or "read codes" buton)
5. press phone power button

thanks infinity support!

but everytime im trying to connect some motorola units, the software always flashes boot (04) error.

i followed all the instruction stated on documentation but still boot (04) problem and i cant connect the phone!!

i'm using cable with 3 metal pins.

try with t191 com cable & all be ok
