Motorola V176..!...Help..!


Hi, i try to unlock motorola V176 follow step a step the instruction in the support page...and nothig...the phone is not detected for the program...can you help me please..!

Hello,
if V176 can't be detected by PC need to check:
1. use cable with "X60" mark (T191 cable)
2. check phone battery
3. check COM port selection

The battery is OK (3.8 volts)
The COM port is correct
The cable used is X60 mark

But nothig, Can you help me please..!!

I do this..!

I Check the Com Port, and is Correct.
The Battery is OK (3.8 Volts)
And the Cable is X60 Mark...

But nothig, Can you help me please...!!!

Hi,

Be sure that cable inserted completely inside phone.
See this picture how to modify cable connector for best results (cut rubber around metal pin).

There is no any other reason, only cable problem.

in setting select which com are you ussing,direct com1 if you are ussing serial or unibox cable, or usbto com infinity if are ussing x60-t191 in rj45 of infinity box
