motorola w205 unable to unlock

plz i tried to unlock this phone with panasonic x60 cable as given by software but the phone could not connect pls is there any other way to do it except the instruction of the software to hold power button

sir i hv did it now it try to connect but gives this error and i check firmware version and is k2 so what next?

Please, try to repeat unlock operation several times.
if it will be the same problem again probably it may be solved with another cable, because it looks like it's a problems with communication.

sir i belive is not a cable problem because i have used all similar cable x60,1800,g50[b] kg200 and it didnt work but it do connect well if i check phone information by clicking read information with x60 cable but if i click read flash or read eeprom it wont work with the same error.

It may be a cable problem. Unlock works at 921600 baudrate (highest possible) so if cable is not 100% good you can use it for many other operations but it may be a problems with unlock.
