hello support y want to unlock this fone but box show this error above...heny way to unlock wed box??

Cable y use : T191 RJ45 original from pack wed infinity box.

Hello,

What text you see at phone LCD after you power-on phone with sim card ?
What is lock type ?

fone belong to movistar ...after y put other sim card ..fone ask nck code...
