motorola w220 need help - GSM-Forum

dear. i received arround 40 pieces of secondhand motorola w220 from israel network because jewish langage is written on it. the phones came to me because there is no more sms and radio icons in the menu. so i decided to flash the phones to repair this problem. i connected the phone to infinity and flashed it. before flashing started infinity soft warned me saying "probably wrong model selected, continue?" i decided to continue any way. after flash phone powers on and say "unauthorise". i decided the to repair this problem but this time phone refuse to connect again to soft. so before flashing phone connects to soft but after flashing phone no more connects to soft. my questions are now:
- how to solve to issue?
- does it existe any way to flash this phone so that it will work at once without need to repair or unlock? thanks

PS: I tried another sample with rocker dongle but same problem. phone connects before flash and refuse to connect after flash. so now i have 2 pieces of the 40 which are now unauthorise.

Hello,

Are you sure that it's not possible to boot phone after flashing with another firmware ?
Please, try to connect/flash phone again several times. It's quite strange that phone can not be flashed again.

Also read full flash from one phone and send to support@infinity-box.biz
We will try to check it.

hello. file is sent to support@infinity-box.biz. once again i tell u the truth. before flashing phone can connect to soft. but aftyer flash phone powers on in unauthorise and can no more be connected to soft again (infinity soft can not boot phone anymore). i have arround 40 pieces and already tested 3 phones. if only in could get a firmware that can flash the phone only once and phone works well without "unauthorise" it will help me a lot. thanks
