motorola w375 phone hack

After flashing this phone (w375) it always shows "motorola-w375-phone-hack" and If I wanted to unlock it, it gives this error below, initial problem was just to unlock it but it gives this error before and now. Please how will I solve it?

Please the support is always saying I have used up my download limit, I should try tommorow, any other link to download the file please even is only motorola w375 only?

We have support area mirrors, you can download from mirror or you can renew support period to get high download limits

Except I need to download shell version 1.39, but with shell version 1.41 is still saying like that, so where is the link for "support area mirror" or must I pay to be downloading files?

You can use any Shell version, 1.41 is good.

Run Shell, connect box to PC, select support area and click to "Enter support area".

For old users whose support is not renewed can download one file per day from support. If you want to download more files either buy 1 year support or wait one day.

Hello,

You can download one file daily from two support areas.

Right now to restore phone to its original state you can try to restore eeeprom backup: backup_eeprom_calibration_35 560900123456_20141206-145707.34E.bin

Also, what was with phone before you have flashed/unlocked it ?
You told that you have flashed it, but operation log text is for unlock operation.
