wx290 after unlock dead
i try all flash in support and still lock
and when unlock it dead
and write orginal imei and still dead

If phone can not power-on after any operation you can flash it with any firmware from support area and phone will be alive for sure.
As about unlock: we will double check it as soon as possible.

man the customer phone is working only on orange company in my country and after am unlocked it with infinity the phone is dead . am flash it with flash file from support its working good but the problem is the phone after flash locked to another network not orange soo the customer cant use it in my country this is the problem soo we need this team to fix this as soon .

Please, do not lie and do not talk about "dead phones".
You can flash phone with firmware from support area and phone will be alive for sure.

If you want to talk about cooking - you are welcome. I'll be here to talk with you, but each my minute that was spent with you (who has really a lot of time for cooking) makes new software release delayed.
So you can select by yourself - talk with me about your cooking or let us work.
