Motorola xt1103 bricked.

HI BROTHERS,
While updating i have bricked my motorola nexus XT1103. Need help . now its only on startup screen with codes of fastboot and so on.

1. Power off device. Press and hold 'VOL DOWN' button
2. Insert USB cable, hold button until device will be found!
