I got one KG195 which has searching problem, i have
format this phone but my problem could not b solve, then
i decide i have to flash this phone, i have download this file from
support and when i try to load this file from Load Firmware, so
there is nothing shown but when i selct Show All files *.* then
file has shown. . . my question is why this file does not show at
flash image file. . . ? Plz tell/guide me properly how to show this
file at his own format instead of selecting *.* (show all files). . .

and when i try to load eeprom files so i select also "show all file" then
i m able to load this file to write eeprom. . .

Is this normal behaviour or somthing is wrong with me. . .?

One more thing. . . only cust files are available at the support
where are other's. . . Main firmware, Language Package's. . . ?

Hello,

Files that you can see in support area is a firmware files and eeprom files.
This type of phone has no separate language pack so only firmware files available.

Currently you need to select "all files" to load files but we will fix it in next software release so you will be able to select files without any additional move.
