Hello,

Could you, please, try to press and hold phone "Power" button more long time during boot process.
What is the results ?

Hello,

Just got one phone for test with similar problem.
Phone was booted well after I press and hold "power" button all time during boot process. "Power" button should be released after you will see "Set baudrate" message.

Cannot now, phone was read with flash tool and flash translated as usual.
