please perform "read detaild information" operation and post log here.
only after that we can advise correct flash file for flashing

sorry sir but the flash chip is damage i can't backup the flashfile fron n86y+. i will try if somebody give the flashfile from this thread. i already change new flash chip. but i have no flash file.

anybody help me......

hello!

disassemble phone and search for short PCB code printed on PCB.
this can give piece of information about firmware version and if we will be lucky- we will find it on support site.
here is example how it looks:
