MT6572 Erased/damaged phone?


the phone powers on and get to menu but it has some virus
I'm trying to flash it but i get errors reading firmware backup

1. Power Off Phone , Remove battery , Insert back
2. Insert USB cable. In some cases require hold BootKey

For read FW - tick "NAND Extra" and make FW read.

But users also must know such things. It normal termonology.

RM-1011 flashing is supported on Infinity-Box [BEST]. Infinity-Box CM2 supports Nokia MTk phones for limited operations-Read Info and Format.

do you mean by identify log,the log readed by CM2 ? it says damaged or erased phone
It also gives error when I try to flash it
so how to restore the backup i readed if something goes wrong
and how to read phone partitions addresses

1. You can flash NAND phones FW by SP Flash Tool.
2. I have no idea what mean under "partition adress" , but SW clearly make advise what need to do for make it able pass identify sucessfully.

i mean when i open scatter file i see partitions adresses:uboot,recovery,system...
the question is what if the phone is dead after flash with spft ?
and CM2 gives errors when trying to flash the phone,if dead how to write back the backup ?

Backup DUMP is same as BACKUP FW - if after SPFT flashing it dead - try erase whole flash and reflash again. If not - bad FW ( damaged already in phone or wrong model ) or HW.
