@rebainoor, i'm pretty sure that this was the plan. They said that MemoryTool known from QML module will be also added into MTK module, quite possibly with next (v2?) update.

Currently, you can read any partition you want if you read flash into ispff file and then open it with for example FTK Imager or R-Studio. From there, you can just export a single partiton to an image. Flashing a single partition back is also possible but you need to modify scatter file for partitons like protect1 or frp as they should not be flashed in normal conditions.

Yes, it is, see attachments. In fact, they do work quite well and doesn't require R-Studio to scan the file to look for partitons. You can then create a byte-to-byte copy of a single partiton with R-Studio or user export disk image on specific partition in FTK Imager and you'll have a single partiton to work on later. Then, you can edit and upload it back to phone if needed and if you have proper scatter file that allows you to flash with addresses etc.

What settings you used to read flash? It may be device dependant but the way i do it is by selecting "Pack images", "Read Info" and "Read Extra Files", this should produce complete image into ispff file.

Not sure if i understand you correctly, but yes, it should take a longer while since it also include userdata. Depeding on the phone, output file might be even 32GB in size (or more if there's bigger memory chip inside). With current version there's no way to read a single partition so that's the option you have. You can, alternatively, use read flash option from SP Flash tool if you know partiton start offset, it's length and have scatter and preloader file thatn can be used with that phone.
