Phone setting about dont have baseband so i dont check it but when i on wifi show nvram error. i already fix baseband with cm2 after than can't write imei cm2mtk.exe access violation error.

After fix baseband you need run phone and wait for full bottup, after that - power off it and repair Security.

1st time i repair security imei write ok but invalid imei then i repair baseband after that i cant repair security

I suggest you find Factory FW or read from working phone.
Erase your one and rewflash, write NVM, then repair security.
Something wrong with FW now. Root killed something in system.

No, I can't repair it. Need find such phone or seek FW.
Seems as it original one HTC 820G? Then ROM's should be over net. Try search.

Yes, HTC uses MTK chip. And most of them supported in CM2.
