what is wrong is problem hardware or not full supported

Hello.
Does battery charged fully? It was disconnected by some reason during DA boot.

battery is fully charged. my phone power on ,hang on logo and restart.
maybe need to flash it?

MAYBE DRIVERS PROBLEM.....

Unistall and reinstall MTK android usb drivers.... and test again...

Try press and hold Vol+ and Vol- on powered off phone, and insert cable. During check/Identify.

i try it now with new version and my phone conect and format ok but my phone power on and only restart
