MTK flash reading problem...

When I read some firmwares from MTK android phones, when I right it back to another one LCD not working. Just fading some colors. But look like phone working fine without it.
What is the reason of that?
Can we fix it? reading or red firmware?

CM2 since much time ago have ability to readout LCD/TouchPanel and etc settings.
If find in log LCD or TP - then it mean they are dinamyc. Hope, you have idea, how replace/combine FW's with them.
