To use latest Updates Dongle firmware version must be v.037
Time to Renew support.

If Expired contact your
Nearest Reseller for Support Renew.Or you can Renew by yourself if you have enough credits on your IOS account.

Hello,

- Run DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware now

IMPORTANT: only ONE update try is allowed so in case of problem DO NOT try to update card again !

cant open cm2 spd2 and all updated setup 2.04 after update firmware version Last launched 0032 v.0139
but all old setup running well

please help

Hello,
What is your dongle serial number?
Did you see any error when trying to open software?
If your pc have any kind of usb sharing software like Flexihub/Eltima installed uninstall it and then try to open software.

Uninstall eltima/flexihub, reboot PC and run Infinity software again.

but i didnt install eltima n flexihub port driver so please explain me that if its allready installed in pc .....
And i find it in my pc's all location but it is not locatted any where

i have also same problem and i saw in all infinity box folders but fault.bin file didnt get anywhere

As a first step uninstall eltima/flexihub, reboot pc and run infinity software again.

What is your dongle serial number?
Check if your pc have any kind of usb sharing/spy/debug or crack software installed, if so uninstall it and try to run Infinity-Box software again.
Also recommended to scan your pc with some good antivirus and remove all malicious/virus//malware found.
