my infinity box update problem what is reason infinity team

- If you have any addon software activated for your damaged Infinity-Box smart-card and
if you have another Infinity-Box we can move addon activation to your other Infinity-Box
(move activation from one smart-card to another smart-card).

another Infinity-Box or you can contact to your reseller for refund.

but i dont use any other software i have installed infinity box on an other pc why dont update my firmware or this is trick for purchase new box every time
