My Infinity Box's RJ-45 Jack Not Working Need Help - GSM-Forum

i hv 2 week ago a new infinity box after some days its RJ-45 jack is not working its sim is ok now i am using uni box with infinity box i mean uni box port use with infinity box.
any body have any idia to solve this problam also infinity team plz solve my problam i am realy thankful to you.

If You Have Jaf You Must Uninstall It Because They Have The Same Driver

ı have same problem ı plug chinese cable after PC restart and infinity rj45 dont work ı think FTDİ chip damaged.... reinstall new os but same problem..

Did you tried to reinstall drivers ?

Also there is a very good idea: explain what is wrong with your box so detailed as possible so everybody can understand what can be wrong.

Dear Sir the problam is in infinity box PCB i mean in bord its sim working fine on with any other box i mean i can use my infinity with uni box or multi box's uni port i can use then it working fine but its RJ-45 port not working
now if u understant plz post result to solvt this problam

i am using box as a dongle (with smart-card inside) but i can't use it Box Because its RJ-45 jack not working

I am sad to say you truth but I have more than 10 (ten) years experience in this field and I completely understand what I talk about even more than you can imagine.
You must tfollow advices given to you by other members before write something like "now if u understant.."

If you still can't understand what is the problem try to open your box and see inside.
also, don't be lazy and make "search" in this forum about FT232.
