pls...i comfigure the connection for the to box..infinity and infinity finpider..

here is the error...

i brought to dubai company for tst...

Hello,

Check voltage at your unibox pin-1, voltage should be +5v.
If voltage is less than 5v please, check PinFinder manual page-20, this problem can be solved easily with help of manual and pictures from manual.

why this cannot fix before they out this box...the warranty his maybe void...for making like this.....

It is because PinFinder take power from unibox.
Please, contact to your reseller before this operation to talk about warranty.
If I remember right, we have an instruction about warranty in our PinFinder manual.
