my Infinity stopped working why???????

i have afew infinity boxes in my shops unfortunatelly theres one that used to work fine until this past monday, i try to install it in afew different computers and apparently intalls fine, but i've notice that it doesnt show on DEVICE MANAGER >> UNIVERSAL SERIAL BUS CONTROLLER AS INFINITY BOX it does show as GENERIC USB BOX.


I hope someone can help me fix this problem.

Try to install it manually from Control Panel / add new hardware

if can't help, so u have a hardware problem

better to check box in warrenty or not .
if its in warrenty don't open send it to reseller..

if finish then open box remove smart card and use with any e-gate base dongle or box.

then open infinity software if its worked
so ur box damaged only..u can replace or buy new box with official reselleres..
