infinity team sagem my220x cant unlock even cant detect phone cable is tested try another phone try to detect with pinfinder couldnt seems like pinout is changed new coming vertions it was on virgin,uk please can help thanx

Hello,

I don't think that phone pinout was changed.
Post here log so we will check what is connection problem.

Also, try to use another cable, f.e. ordinary COM port cable instead of unibox RJ45 cable.

Hello,

Please, open phone and check that it's connector is not damaged.
I never heard about new hardware type for these phones so, please, check your phone very carefully.
