Hello,

One Infinity-Box Smart-Card may be activated for PinFinder usage once. After smart-card is activated it's not possible to activate new PinFinder with this smart-card, but you can use any PinFinder (not depends on it's serial number) with your Smart-Card.

Example:
You have: smart-card-1
You have: finder-4, finder-5, finder-6

You have made activation: smart-card-1 + finder-4
After activation done:
You can use any Finder with smart-card-1 (finder-4, finder-5, finder-6)
You can not activate finder-5 and finder-6 with smart-card-1

but one little query that if i have activated one pinfinder(say pinfinder-4) to activate smart card then can we use that pinfinder (pinfinder-4) to activate another smart card.

Hello,

No, you can't activate more than one smart-card with already registered PinFinder.

Emergency situation:
- f.e. if you you are reseller
- you have registered PinFinder (finder-1) just for test (with card-1)
- you sold that PinFinder (already registered) to user but user can't activate his smart-card (card-2) any more (because PinFinder-1 already regstered in our database)

We can help to change registration/activation status and this kind of problems can be solved fast, but you need to contact to us and explain the situation: [email protected]

As you can see some limitations is exist (there is a reson to make so as we have done), but we are always open for discussion and nothing is impossible.

Any Posibility If one smart card registry with 2 finder?
I have 2 pinfinder and sell 1 pinfinder to my friend...
He can't register pinfinder from me..
If Not posible one smart card register 2 pinfinder, I think just change the other pinfinder solve my problem? (is it true?).
