I have N73 bluetooth
back lable is
ZTC ZT8828
cable 24 pin
phone restart with sim card and without sim work fine
i try to format it Safe and Complete
i try to flash it with firmware
but still restart with sim card
please help me

Did you tried to make emergency/112 call without sim card ?

i think need flash.....

but i flash the phone with firmware only not eeprom because i found flash at support site

If phone can not make emergency call without sim card it's a big reason to check phone hardwrae (RF part) but not flash phone.
