n73 cant boot - GSM-Forum

dear sir i need to flash n73 chines(rh19)i am using usb cable.phone give all informations.but when i going to flash thephone cant detect,showing ( - if connection failed: on/off "Boot baudrate autoselect" box.
- if phone can't power-on after flashing or flash chip detection failed: ) how tomake the cable for this sir?please help me as soon as possible

You must use Rx/Tx/Gnd cable but NOT usb cable !
