Sorry, of course you are right, it's impossible to install "firmware fr" with "format ffs" operation (but to be honest nobody can expect what is "firmware fr" text means).

Please, next time make more clear explanation what you need, no need to encrypt your words with strange signs and fonts, just write so clear explanation as possinble and for sure you will be satisfied with results.
